Plenty of couples want to try a strip club together and then walk into a big, loud room where they feel like the only pair there. We built Alley Katz the other way around.

You are introduced, not left to figure it out. Every night there is a greeter on shift whose job is to welcome you, walk you through how the night works and introduce you to dancers. It's especially helpful if you are new, young or a little shy, and plenty of our guests are.

The staff are friendly and non-judgemental. We believe in open, positive, professional communication. Ask anything, because no question is a bad question.

The show comes to you. Our stage sits just 6 inches off the floor, with top-grain leather couches right at its edge. Instead of watching a dancer on a distant platform, you are close enough that every seat feels like a personal performance. See why we built the lowest stage in North America.

Right at the edge of the stage

Sink into a leather couch inches from the lowest stage in North America. Best for couples who want to be in the middle of the show.

An 8-person booth at the back of the lounge with its own dance pole. Great for double dates or a couple who wants their own corner.

When you are ready, take a dancer to the VIP private dance area. It has 8 separate private seats for a couples dance away from the main room.

Your first couples night: what to expect

  1. Walk in. No reservation needed on Friday or Saturday. Cover is $5 each for couples; anyone who looks under 30 is asked for photo ID.
  2. Meet the greeter. They will find you a seat that matches your comfort level and explain how stage shows, tipping and dances work.
  3. Order a drink. We are known for a more premium cocktail and bottle selection than the typical club.
  4. Watch the stage. Every dancer performs a 3-song set, and after 10 PM the shows run back-to-back. Tipping at the stage is done in US $1 bills, which the bar sells.
  5. Go further only if you want to. If a dancer catches both your eyes, ask the greeter to introduce you, or approach her yourselves. Couples dances happen in the VIP area, and dancers talk boundaries with you first.

Occasions we see every weekend: anniversaries, birthdays, date nights, double dates and couples who just wanted to try something new. Planning something bigger? You can take over the whole club on a Wednesday or Thursday.

Women, groups and LGBTQ+ guests

Women do not need a date to come in. Come solo, as a couple or with the whole group. Walk-in bachelorettes, girls' nights and 19th birthdays for women are a regular part of our weekends. Alley Katz is also a non-judgemental safe space for LGBTQ+ guests, and we are proud to see a good few every weekend.

Couples questions

Can couples go to a strip club together?

Absolutely, and at Alley Katz couples are a big part of our crowd. Cover is $5 each for couples (vs $10 per person), and our team is used to helping couples find the right seat, the right dancer and the right pace for the night.

Can we get a couples dance?

Yes. Couples dances happen in our VIP private dance area, which has 8 separate private seats. Dancers check in with you about your boundaries before they start, and nothing happens without everyone's consent.

Is it awkward the first time?

It doesn't have to be. A greeter is on shift every night whose whole job is to welcome guests, explain how everything works and introduce you to dancers, so nobody has to work up the nerve on their own. No question is a bad question.

Can women come on their own or in a group?

Always. Women are welcome solo, as a couple or in groups, and we host walk-in bachelorette parties, girls' nights and birthday groups every weekend.

Are LGBTQ+ couples welcome?

Yes. Alley Katz is a non-judgemental safe space for LGBTQ+ guests, and same-sex couples and trans guests are part of our regular weekend crowd.

Do we need to book?

No booking or phone call is necessary. On Friday and Saturday, 8 PM–3 AM, just walk in. If you want a guaranteed booth and a bottle, see our VIP packages.
