Age requirement

This website and venue are intended only for people aged 19 or older. Selecting the age-gate confirmation is your representation that you meet this requirement. It does not replace government-issued identification or venue entry requirements.

Website information

We aim to keep venue hours, package information, prices, product details, and other content current, but availability and details can change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars. Contact Alley Katz to confirm availability, applicable taxes, gratuities, bottle selections, substitutions, admission requirements, and current house policies.

VIP packages and products

Displaying a VIP package does not guarantee availability or create a reservation. A package is confirmed only when Alley Katz expressly confirms it. VIP packages shown on this website are not merchandise orders and cannot be purchased through the online cart unless expressly stated.

Merchandise orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected merchandise. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, appears fraudulent, or violates these terms. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production and fulfilment partners. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays or customs processing may occur. The customer is responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address and for any duties or import charges disclosed or lawfully assessed for the destination.

Cancellations, returns, and damaged items

Because merchandise is made to order, change-of-mind returns, size exchanges, and cancellations after production begins may not be available. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact us promptly through our Contact page with the order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Career applications

You must provide accurate information and submit only photographs of yourself that you have the right to share. Do not submit government identification, financial information, or unnecessary sensitive information. An application does not guarantee an interview, employment, contractor relationship, or engagement. See our Privacy Policy for how applications are handled and deleted.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, submit another person’s images without permission, scrape protected content, or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property and third-party links

Website content, branding, layout, and original media belong to Alley Katz or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product and brand names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alley Katz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
