Planning a Bachelorette Party in Windsor: Walk In or Take Over the Club

Bachelorette parties are some of our favourite nights. Groups of women come through our doors every weekend, often with a sash, a tiara and a bride who has no idea what’s coming. If you’re planning one in Windsor, you have two good options at Alley Katz.

Option 1: Walk in on a Friday or Saturday

No booking or phone call is necessary. Round up the group and walk in any Friday or Saturday between 8 PM and 3 AM. Cover is $10 per person. We see walk-in bachelorette groups every weekend, and our team knows how to make the bride feel like the main event.

Tell the greeter it’s a bachelorette. They’ll help seat the group and introduce you to dancers, which is handy if half your group has never been to a club before.
Sit stage-side. Our stage is the lowest in North America, just 6 inches off the floor, so the bride is right in the show.
Want it sorted in advance? Our VIP bottle-service packages cover groups of up to 10 with a bottle, mixers and VIP area access.
Tip in US $1s. The bar sells them if you only have Canadian cash (a small service fee applies).

Option 2: Take over the whole club

For bigger groups, 20 or more, make Alley Katz yours for a night. On Wednesday and Thursday we close to the public and host one private party:

A 4-hour takeover of the entire club
8+ dancers, plus a DJ, bartender and server for your group only
Your theme, your music, your guest list
Food assortments available for a premium, or order in

Takeovers are priced by custom quote. A $1,000 deposit, applied to your final bill, secures the date, and bookings need at least 2 weeks’ notice. Request a takeover quote.

Bachelorette theme ideas

Last rodeo: cowboy hats, boots and a country playlist.
Bride in white, crew in black: simple, sharp and great for photos outside the club.
Pink everything: matching outfits and a signature pink cocktail round.
Costume night: pick a theme and have everyone commit.

Practical notes

Everyone must be 19+ with valid photo ID. Anyone who looks under 30 is carded.
Coming from Michigan? Every US guest needs a passport, passport card, NEXUS or enhanced driver’s licence to cross. We’re a short walk from the Detroit–Windsor Tunnel.
Driving? There’s street parking out front and a municipal garage about 20 yards east.
